Covid 19 Practice Guidelines

We thank you for your patience during these difficult times as we adapt our working environment to keep everyone safe.

As an examination of your pet is necessary for a correct diagnosis and treatment of any problems they may have, we ask that you call us when you have arrived for your appointment and either the vet or nurse will come and collect your pet from the car park. Please wear a face mask and keep 2 metres apart as much as possible whilst handing over your pet. We will use our own leads for dogs which are disinfected between each animal.

We will discuss any findings and the appropriate treatment at the end of the consultation.

We are not accepting cash payments at this time.

In the event of end of life treatment, we can allow one person to be with their pet in their final moments by prior arrangement. We do understand this is a difficult time made more so in a pandemic.

We remain open and are doing all we can to maintain our high level of care while keeping ourselves and others safe.

If you or anyone in your household/immediate family are unwell or showing symptoms of Coronavirus, we ask that you do not visit the practice. If your pet requires urgent treatment please call us to discuss the options available to treat them.
